Refund policy
30-Day Returns
If your watch is not quite right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to return an item
- Email hadd87651@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with return instructions within one working day.
- Send the watch back unused, in its original presentation box with all documentation.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days of receipt; your bank may take a further 3-5 working days to show the credit.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your watch arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day right to cancel from delivery) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
