30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your watch. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to return an item
- Email hadd87651@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm your return instructions by email.
- Send the watch back unused, in its original presentation box with all documentation.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Please note that items showing signs of wear, missing links, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your watch arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a resolution — a replacement or a full refund including return postage.
