Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on avipwatch.com. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind. If anything is unclear, contact us at hadd87651@outlook.com before you order.

Who we are

AVIPWATCH is a trading name of an independent watch retailer based in the United Kingdom, at 130 Forest Edge, Buckhurst Hill, England. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean AVIPWATCH, and "you" means the person placing the order.

Using this website

You may browse, search and buy from this site for personal use. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at volume, or use it in a way that breaks the law. All text, images and product photography on this site belong to us or to the brands we represent, and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Orders and when a contract starts

Adding an item to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send a confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, priced incorrectly, or restricted in your country, we may decline the order and will refund any payment taken in full.

We may also cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the delivery address cannot be verified, or if the order appears to be for resale rather than personal use.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; payment is taken when the order is placed.

Prices can change, but the price you pay is the price shown when you complete checkout.

Delivery

We dispatch from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your dispatch email. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at hadd87651@outlook.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used to pay. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To be eligible for a refund, the watch must come back in a resaleable condition: unworn outside the house, with all tags, packaging and paperwork. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its character and function.

Returns beyond the cancellation period

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the condition requirements above. This is a goodwill policy and does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty goods and warranty

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a watch is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with that Act.

Separately, every watch we sell carries a two-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover battery wear, accidental damage, water damage from misuse, or normal cosmetic wear such as scratches and plating wear.

Authenticity

Every watch we sell is genuine and sourced through authorised distribution. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us before wearing it and we will investigate and resolve the matter.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints

Email hadd87651@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within two working days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use an alternative dispute resolution provider; we will tell you which one applies if that situation arises.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
